A rapidly scaling, globally listed technology infrastructure company is seeking a Lead Structurer to shape and execute strategic corporate and transactional structures across its international footprint. With operations spanning multiple jurisdictions, this role will play a mission-critical part in enabling complex, capital-intensive deals and supporting global growth initiatives

What You’ll Be Doing:

Legal Entity & Group Structuring

  • Design and manage the global legal entity structure to align with commercial, tax and regulatory objectives.
  • Oversee intercompany arrangements including IP, services, and transfer pricing.
  • Lead restructures, entity formations, and simplifications across markets.

Strategic Transaction Structuring

  • Partner on structuring bespoke transactions across financing, M&A, joint ventures, and infrastructure development.
  • Lead the structuring of leasing models (true lease/synthetic), site and customer deal arrangements, and financing vehicles.
  • Work closely with Capital Markets, Legal, Finance and Business Development teams to shape executable deal frameworks.

Special Projects

  • Drive strategic corporate projects such as platform migrations, international expansions, and investment vehicle designs.
  • Balance legal, tax, capital, and operational considerations with business objectives.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 10–15 years’ experience in structuring, tax, legal or transaction services from investment banking, Big 4, private equity, or in-house roles.
  • Deep knowledge of cross-border tax, corporate and financing structures (Australia, US, Canada preferred).
  • Experience with infrastructure, data centre, or asset-heavy technology sectors desirable.
  • Strategic thinker with strong execution capability and experience dealing with C-suite and external advisors.
